Balsam Cottage is situated on three private wooded acres and is close to all winter and summer activities Mont-Tremblant and the Laurentians offer.
The original house interior has been fully renovated in keeping with the 1865 character of this pioneer cottage while at the same time, offering modern conveniences with a new kitchen and appliances. A brand new addition (completion: May 2010) offers 3 bedrooms with lots of light and beautiful pine floors.
This peaceful paradise is centrally located, only 10 minutes to St-Jovite, 12 minutes from the north slopes of Tremblant and Mont-Blanc, 7 minutes from the cross-country ski trail network, Domaine St. Bernard, and 20 minutes to Mont-Tremblant National Park.
