- what time period are you wanting to book?
Once we receive your information, WE will...
- send you an email to confirm availability and rate
- answer any questions you may have asked
- request the following in order to prepare the rental agreement for signature
- the names of the people staying
- name of person who will be signing the agreement
- home address and contact information for the person signing the agreement
From there, YOU will...
- provide us with the information requested as soon as possible
- look out for the agreement (by fax or email), review, sign and send back by fax (fax # will be provided)
- send 50% of rental rate immediately to secure your spot (non-refundable) accompanied by a second cheque to cover the balance of payment postdated for 2 weeks prior to arrival date (details for payment will be provided by email)
When we receive your signed agreement & payment, WE will...
- Confirm by email when payment has been received
- Provide check-in/check-out and key instructions by email no later than 2 days prior to arrival
