Booking Your Tremblant getaway

When YOU are ready...
Email us the following:
- how many people is this for?
- would you like to bring your dog?
- what time period are you wanting to book?
- are you flexible with your dates?
- tell us a bit about your group
When we receive your information, WE will...
- send you an email to confirm availability and rate
- answer any questions you may have asked
- request the following in order to prepare the rental agreement for signature
- the names of the guests staying
- name of person who will be signing the agreement
- home address and contact information (tel/cell) for the person signing the agreement
From there, YOU will...
- provide us with the information requested as soon as possible
- look out for the agreement by email, review, and if everything to your satisfaction sign and return a copy back by email
- send 50% of rental rate in order to secure your spot (non-refundable) by email transfer. Remaining balance will be due no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date (details for payment will be provided by email).
- Note: as we are a small operation, we do not accept credit card payments
When we receive your signed agreement & payment, WE will...
- send you back a copy of the agreement with owner signature for your records
- confirm by email when payment has been received and
- provide check-in/check-out and key instructions by email no later than 2 days prior to arrival
After you receive your check-in instructions, YOU will...
- pack, get excited
- escape to Tremblant for a while!!
